1. Advance Booking Required
- All workshops must be booked in advance through our website/WhatsApp/Instagram.
- Walk-ins are not guaranteed due to limited seating.

2. Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
- Payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted to another session (see cancellation policy).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you cancel 48 hours before the workshop, you may reschedule once to a future session.
- Cancellations within less than 48 hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Minimum Participants
- Workshops require a minimum number of participants. If a session is canceled by Moushe, you will be offered a full refund or the option to move your booking to another date.

5. Arrival Time
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the workshop begins. Late arrivals may miss important instructions, and we cannot extend the session.

6. Age Policy
- Workshops are designed for adults (16+). For younger participants, please check specific workshop details.
